Cathy Clerinx

Cathy’s direct and indirect involvement in marketing research now spans over 20 years, and stems from a long-standing fascination to unravel customer’s behaviors, attitudes and feelings. Her prime focus is on translating insights into a compelling marketing and product development strategy. 

Cathy joined Optimal Strategix Group in 2009 as a Principal. Her role is to further strengthen the company’s expertise in the global healthcare field.

Since 2008, she focuses on researching complex market access issues in the healthcare market, and tailoring relevant research techniques to this group of stakeholders. Cathy’s first 10 years of her career were spent in various global customer insight and marketing positions in J&J (USA), GSK (UK) and Novartis (Switzerland and Belgium).

Cathy earned a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Henley Management College and Richmond University (UK). She completed an advanced management program at Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School (Belgium).
